Even though I live in eternal-summer-Florida, I love fall fashion. The muted colors, the cozy sweaters, and the comfortable shoes – I love it all.
Obviously, since moving to Florida, I’ve found it difficult to truly enjoy fall fashion, but I do get to hang out in a few pieces during the “month of winter” and during the work day (because it’s freeeeezing on campus).
Now that school has pretty much begun for the entire country, I’m declaring that the fall transition is here; and I’ve rounded up some outfit inspiration for you.
As usual, all links lead back to the blogger’s original post.

White denim is the perfect way to transition into fall. It eases us into the darker colors and cozier knits of the season while also keeping the feeling of summer alive.
Pairing white jeans with feminine blouses is a favorite outfit combination of mine. I love wearing my white denim to work on casual Fridays; and pairing a good pair of white skinnies with a feminine blouse and a pair of heels elevates this simple staple.
Casual or cozy knits/tops are also perfect with white jeans. The white denim brings something a little more to the outfit than a normal pair of jeans, which – you guessed it! – elevates the casual outfit. I’m in love with how Marie paired her white skinnies with a fun blazer. I think that, for fall, I’d opt for a pair of nude booties instead of the sandals (but, if I’m being realistic, the sandals are more appropriate for Florida).
Another favorite outfit combo featuring white denim? A chambray shirt and skinnies. In the summertime, I’d pair the the combo with bright sandals; for fall, I’d choose a pair of fun flats or a pair of fun, fringed booties.
So…what’s your favorite white denim outfit combo? How’d you wear white denim in the fall?
